She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the area and offered great advice. She also was very responsive and available when there was a house we were interested in visiting. This made buying in a challenging market much more manageable. She also has a keen eye when visiting houses and pointed out things to us that we may not have noticed otherwise. She listened and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Margaret was absolutely fantastic.
Due to the situation with Covid-19 we were unable to see the house in person before we put an offer down. Margaret facetimed with us through the house and gave us her personal opinion on the house and pointed out any issues (the upstairs carpet could use some stretching, pointed out scratches in the hardwood). She was extremely responsive with any questions we had and as first time homebuyers, was great at walking us through the process. We trusted Margaret enough to buy our home without being able to visit in person. The entire process was easy and painless, and nothing like the horror stories we've heard from other homebuyers. Would absolutely recommend both Margaret and Berkshire Hathaway.
